Niperten coated tablets 2.5mg №30

Use: Niperten is used for arterial hypertension, for the prevention of angina attacks, and for chronic heart failure. How to take: The dosage regimen is individual. For oral administration, the daily dose is 2.5-10 mg. The maximum recommended dose of Niperten is 10 mg once a day. After starting treatment with a dose of 1.25 mg (1/2 tablet of 2.5 mg), the patient should be observed for about 4 hours (monitoring heart rate, blood pressure, conduction disturbances on ECG, symptoms of worsening chronic heart failure). Do not exceed a dose of 10 mg/day in renal insufficiency (creatinine clearance less than 20 ml/min). Contraindications: - Acute heart failure - Chronic heart failure in the decompensation stage - Cardiogenic shock - Collapse - AV block II and III degree (without pacemaker) - Sick sinus syndrome - Sinoatrial block - Severe bradycardia (heart rate <50 bpm) - Prinzmetal's angina - Significant decrease in blood pressure (systolic blood pressure <90 mmHg) If bisoprolol is necessary during lactation, breastfeeding must be discontinued.
