Use: Prestilol is indicated for the treatment of arterial hypertension and/or stable coronary artery disease (with a history of myocardial infarction and/or revascularization) and/or stable chronic heart failure with reduced left ventricular systolic function in adult patients who are indicated for therapy with bisoprolol and perindopril in appropriate doses. How to take: The drug is taken orally, 1 tablet once a day in the morning before meals. Contraindications: Concomitant administration of Prestilol and aliskiren is contraindicated in patients with diabetes mellitus or renal impairment, as there is a risk of hyperkalemia, worsening renal function, and increased cardiovascular morbidity and mortality. Dual blockade of the RAAS by concomitant use of ACE inhibitors, angiotensin II receptor blockers, or aliskiren increases the risk of adverse reactions such as arterial hypotension, hyperkalemia, and worsening renal function (including acute renal failure) compared to the use of a single RAAS-acting drug.
