Use Equator is indicated as replacement therapy in adult patients with adequate blood pressure control on concomitant amlodipine and lisinopril at the indicated doses. It is used to treat essential arterial hypertension in adult patients who have previously taken lisinopril 10 mg and amlodipine 5 mg concomitantly and achieved adequate blood pressure control. How to take The recommended dose is one Equator 10 mg/5 mg tablet daily. The maximum daily dose is one Equator 10 mg/5 mg tablet. The drug is taken orally, regardless of food intake, daily, at the same time, with a sufficient amount of water. Fixed-dose combination products are generally not suitable for initial therapy. Equator 10 mg/5 mg is indicated only for patients for whom titrated optimal maintenance doses of lisinopril and amlodipine are 10 mg and 5 mg, respectively. If dose adjustment is necessary, the appropriateness of dose titration with individual components may be considered.
