Co-Sentor tablets 100mg/25mg №30

Use: Co-Sentor is indicated for the treatment of primary arterial hypertension (high blood pressure) in patients who do not achieve adequate blood pressure control with losartan or hydrochlorothiazide monotherapy. How to take: Co-Sentor can be taken orally, regardless of food intake, with a glass of water. The combined preparation of losartan and hydrochlorothiazide is not intended for use as initial therapy. It is prescribed for the treatment of patients with insufficient hypotensive effect when taking only losartan or only hydrochlorothiazide. Dose selection of individual components (losartan and hydrochlorothiazide) is recommended. The maximum daily dose is one tablet of Co-Sentor 100 mg/25 mg once a day. Contraindications: - Hypersensitivity to the active substances (losartan, hydrochlorothiazide), sulfonamide derivatives, or any of the excipients of the drug. - Uncorrectable hypokalemia or hypercalcemia. - Severe hepatic insufficiency, cholestasis, or biliary obstruction. - Refractory hyponatremia. - Symptomatic hyperuricemia / gout. - Pregnancy or women planning to become pregnant; breastfeeding period. - Severe renal insufficiency (creatinine clearance <30 ml/min), anuria. - Children and adolescents under 18 years of age. Storage: The medicinal product does not require special storage conditions. Keep out of reach of children. The shelf life can be 2 years or 4 years. Do not use after the expiration date indicated on the package.
