Sentor tablets 50mg №30

Use - Essential hypertension (adults, children 6-18 years). - Kidney disease in hypertension, type II diabetes, proteinuria ≥ 0.5 g/day. - Chronic heart failure (patients 60+ years, ACE inhibitor intolerance). - Stroke risk reduction in hypertension and left ventricular hypertrophy. How to take - Once daily, with water, regardless of food. - Heart failure dose: initial 12.5 mg, weekly increase up to 150 mg. - Usual initial dose: 50 mg. Max 100 mg or with hydrochlorothiazide. - For reduced blood volume: start with 25 mg. - No dose adjustment for impaired kidney function/hemodialysis. - Lower dose for impaired liver function. - Not recommended for children under 6, with GFR <30 ml/min/1.73 m2, or with impaired liver function. Contraindications - Hypersensitivity. - Pregnancy/planning. - Severe liver dysfunction.
