Triplixam coated tablets 10mg/2.5mg/5mg №30

Use: Triplixam is indicated for the treatment of arterial hypertension in patients who require treatment with perindopril, indapamide, and amlodipine in the doses available in the fixed combination. How to take: The drug is taken orally, 1 tablet once a day, preferably in the morning before meals. The dose of Triplixam is selected after prior titration of the doses of individual components. The maximum daily dose is 1 tablet in the dosage of 10 mg + 2.5 mg + 5 mg. Contraindications: - Hypersensitivity to the active and excipient substances included in the drug, sulfonamide derivatives, dihydropyridine derivatives, other ACE inhibitors. - Patients undergoing hemodialysis. - Untreated decompensated heart failure. - Moderately impaired renal function (for Triplixam dosages containing 5 mg+2.5 mg+10 mg and 10 mg+2.5 mg+10 mg). - Pregnancy and breastfeeding period. - Concomitant use with aliskiren in patients with diabetes mellitus or impaired renal function. - Age under 18 years (efficacy and safety not established). Storage: Store tablets in a tightly closed container. It does not require special temperature storage conditions, but it is recommended to store at a temperature not exceeding 25degreeC (in some sources up to 30degreeC). Keep out of reach of children.
