Co-Amlessa tablets 2mg/5mg/0.625 №30

Use: Co-Amlessа is indicated for the treatment of arterial hypertension (high blood pressure) in patients whose blood pressure is controlled by the fixed combination of perindopril/indapamide with simultaneous administration of amlodipine in the same doses. All three active substances included in the preparation (perindopril, indapamide, and amlodipine) help to control high blood pressure. Patients who are already taking perindopril/indapamide and amlodipine as separate tablets may instead take one Co-Amlessа tablet containing all three components. How to take: Take 1 tablet orally once daily, preferably in the morning before meals. Contraindications: Do not take Co-Amlessа if you have: - An allergy to perindopril or any other ACE inhibitor, to indapamide or any other sulfonamides, amlodipine besylate or any other dihydropyridines, or to any other components of Co-Amlessа. - Symptoms such as wheezing, swelling of the face or tongue, intense itching or severe skin rash occurred during previous treatment with an ACE inhibitor, or if you or a family member had these symptoms under other circumstances (angioedema). - Severe liver disease or hepatic encephalopathy (degenerative brain disease). - Severe renal insufficiency (creatinine clearance less than 30 ml/min). - Severe kidney disease where kidney blood supply is reduced (renal artery stenosis). - Pregnancy or breastfeeding.
